Blizzards don’t discourage Sean Scotese. He’ll open Eastern Alley on Clinton just below Houston at 7 p.m. today (Wednesday) he vowed this morning. Scotese, Baoster Michael Huynh’s ex-right hand man at Pho Sure and Bia Garden, will be serving his own Pan Asian menu at 6 Clinton Street, an address shared by Dessert Truck Works.

       The rustic 20 seat joint was a build-it-yourself project for him and partner Krit Dangruenrat, a Thai whose family owns the space.
